With the spread and concerns over coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to take a moment to share CME’s state of preparation with you.
Our management team and safety committee have implemented preventative measures and contingency plans across our offices to safeguard our employees while ensuring uninterrupted support for our clients.
The key components of our plan are as follows:
• Communication. Keeping our employees and clients updated on developments as well as the actions CME has taken to keep everyone safe and engaged. We continue to assess the news and are following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local authorities.
• Sanitization. Increased cleaning schedules, strict disinfectant guidelines for common areas/items, and readily available hand sanitizers & toiletries for staff.
• Access. Limiting the individuals allowed into CME’s offices to clients, deliveries and staff only. Limiting employee travel and exposure to crowds (no conferences, career fairs, etc.). Utilizing CME’s video conferencing and, as needed, our remote work capabilities.
• Quarantine/Isolation. Currently, no CME employee is exhibiting flu-like symptoms and no one has tested positive for the virus. However, employees who exhibit symptoms or test positive will be restricted from the offices and will work from home as appropriate and able.
Our departments are running at 100% to support our clients and will continue to do so. Our team remains committed to providing you with the highest level of service and support you’ve come to expect from CME.
